The Greenwood Estate was a massive short term rental overhaul done in an incredibly short amount of time thanks to our team including Loudoun Property Solutions and Rock Water Farm. Simplicity was key to making this Leesburg, VA property a quick renovation process so we opted to keep the paint palette simple.
LARGE HOME WALL PAINT COLOR

The walls of the large home on the estate are Sherwin Williams City Loft - a creamy neutral that adds a touch of warmth to the rooms while maintaining light.
LARGE HOME TRIM PAINT COLOR

For trim, we used Benjamin Moore Decorator's White, a cool crisp white that is literally like the icing on a cake.
LARGE HOME FOYER ACCENT WALL PAINT COLOR

We added a simple accent wall in the foyer using Benjamin Moore Yorktowne Green and Rifle Paper Co. Wallpaper. Guests immediately see this when they walk in, and I wanted a welcoming transition moment into their "Woodland" Loudoun County Estate when they first arrive.
COTTAGE WALL PAINT COLOR

The neighboring Cottage followed a more rustic color palette, so we played with light walls and dark trim. Simply White brightened up a once dark space without feeling cold or sterile.
COTTAGE TRIM PAINT COLOR

The Cottage trim was done in a classic farmhouse shade of Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter. I love how imperfectly rustic it looks with the original beams and staircase we refinished!
